In this section of Create you can view and manage the available licences for your event.
Licences allow organisers and their partners to use dedicated Visit products, such as Check-in / Check-in Lite, Visit Connect and Touchpoints. The number of licences determines the number of devices that can be used with a certain product.
You can opt for unlimited or a specific number of scan and Touchpoint licences for each of your partners.
The types of available licences are:
- Check-in and Check-in Lite – for organiser usage, can only be added by Visit staff. Please contact your account manager if you need extra licences.
- Scan – for partners to be able to use the Visit Connect lead capture app.
- Touchpoints – for partners to be able to use Touchpoints.
Access from homepage: Select your event > Onsite > Licences
By clicking on Actions in the button left corner, you can:
- Add Licence – add Touchpoint licenses for all or selected partners.
- Export – selected or all licences.
- Check licences – allows you to verify if partners have the correct number of licences assigned and amend the numbers if needed.
Example: if all your exhibitors should have 2 Touchpoint licences and you notice some don’t, you can bulk update the numbers so that all of them have at least 2 Touchpoint licences attached.
