The Service Centre feature allows your support team to assist with queries, correct existing registrations and enter new ones. It is for staff use only.

Overview

The service centre has these uses:

• Search for a visitor to check their attendance or other details;
• Search for an exhibitor (partner) to view details and license information;
• Edit an existing registration, e.g. to correct mistakes;
• Print a badge;
• Register a new person.

Configuration

Within the Visit Create settings, you can define which registration types you can add or edit, and specify which form layout should be used for each. Go to Onsite > Settings, then tick and expand the Manned Registration section:

There are settings here to:

• Specify the default registration type (usually Visitor)
• Specify the default language
• Specify if badges should print automatically when a new person is registered
• Add all the registration types that Check-in Manned Registration should include, and the form that will launch for editing or creating.

Managing visitors

From the Visitor tab, you can edit registration details and print badges.

Finding Registered Visitors

In the search box, enter at least 2 letters to find matching details. Hover your pointer over the visitor in question for the print and edit icons to appear.

Click on a visitor for more details, and icons to print their badge and edit the details.

Adding New Visitors

You can register a new person with the button. You will be shown a choice of registration types which will then display the appropriate form.

Managing Exhibitors

From the Partner tab, you can find exhibitors, print badges for all their stand personnel, and view their Visit Connect license information.

In the search box, enter at least 2 letters to find matching details. Click on the exhibitor in question to see some details, or double-click to view all the details.

Under Registrations you can review and edit stand personnel, or print any/all of their badges. You can also new personnel.

Under Licenses you can see the details and license codes for Visit Connect services.
