Step 1

Add Event information (event digital content)

Event digital content appears under Event Information to Visit Discover users. For each event content item: 

  • Add an icon or logo to represent the item (square format)
  • Name of the content item
  • Summary (up to 100 chars) 
  • Description 
  • Configure any applicable labels 
  • Set content to public for it to be visible automatically in Visit Discover. If content is not set to public, it may only be accessed by accessing onsite with an associated QR code scan or touchpoint contact. 

Multiple attachments may also be added to each content item. Choose from URL, Document, Image, Audio or Video.

Step 2

Add Partner profile/products (if applicable, or enable this setting in Visit Connect for them to do it themselves)

Partner content may be administered by the event organiser, however typically content is managed by the exhibitors themselves. The partner content tab lists one profile for every partner configured under the event. Additionally, any product content will be displayed in this list. To add products to a partner, this can be done from within the profile editor.

The content editor available to the event organiser is identical to that used by exhibitors when managing their own content within Visit Connect.
