Release Notes: Visit 5.44
Visit Create
New Feature: Exhibitor Manual is now live in Visit Create
We’re excited to announce the official launch of the Exhibitor Manual, designed to simplify event preparation and enhance the exhibitor experience.
Key features include:
- Manual pages: Provide exhibitors with read-only event information, resources, and guidance.
- Interactive tasks: Assign tasks with deadlines to ensure exhibitors stay on track and meet requirements.
- Progress tracking: Monitor task completion and identify exhibitors who may need additional support.
- Role-based visibility: Configure manuals by exhibitor type so each group sees only what’s relevant to them.

Watch video, take the new Visit Academy course, or go to the dedicated Help page to learn more.
Wallet
You can now add a custom logo and banner to the Google Wallet and Apple Wallet passes, allowing you to create more personalised and branded experiences for your participants.

Suggestions Board
We’ve added labels to show the status of suggestions, and the option to filter suggestions and RFCs by their status.
These are the possible statuses and their meanings:
- In review – Submitted suggestions and RFCs
- Planned – Has passed review and has been added to roadmap
- In development – In development
- Released – Complete
- Closed – Reviewed and will not be implemented

Service Centre
We’ve added a new field under Registration details in the Visitors section displaying the partner (exhibitor) that the visitor is registered under as staff.
Clicking on the partner name will open the Staff tab of the corresponding partner.

Visit Check-in
In order to prevent human and technical errors, we’ve added a warning message for when a linker touchpoint is not (properly) connected the Check-in terminal.
