Improved Verification Experience in the Service Center
We’ve implemented a new ‘Verification’ tab within the Service Centre to streamline how users handle visitor validations.
The previous process involved verifying registrants on an individual basis which involved navigating through various aspects of each record. The feedback received highlighted this as being a very click intensive process which is where the new verification tab looks to simplify.
Key features:
Dedicated verification tab
Quick overview of all registrants and their data
Navigation between records
Automated next step on verification action
Document overview
Upcoming changes:
Further enhancements to the verification UI are currently in planning. These include, demographic filtering to define the list of profile questions being used as a part of the verification process. Additionally a new filter column will be added to the system to search data based on verification logs. This will enable user to check back on previously verified records.

Improved Stylesheets at Organisation and Event Level
We’ve extended the customisation capabilities by enabling organisers to add CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) at both the Organisation and Event level.
Event level – Applies to all forms within an event
Organisation level – Applies to all forms within an organisation
Order of execution for CSS follows the below sequence:
Organisation < Event < Form < Page
This is important to note when applying CSS, as your design will apply the last configuration in the sequence.
This brings stylesheet configuration in line with what’s already possible for JavaScript. With this improvement, you can now manage design and brand styling more effectively across multiple events using the organisation stylesheet. This can be further modified for a more unique look at an event, form or page level to suit your event needs.

HTML Email Editor with Raw Source Control
We’ve added a new option for an email editor that allows users to directly paste and edit raw HTML source code.
We received feedback from users who prefer to build their emails in external tools, and sometimes find their code altered when pasted into the existing rich-text editor.
To address this, we now offer an ‘Advanced HTML’ editor – perfect for keeping full control over your source code.

Users can:
- Paste raw HTML without interference
- Add and manage merge fields within the code
- Preview how the email renders dynamically
- Test dark mode compatibility – when the appropriate code snippet is inserted into the HTML
Please note that once you opt into this editor, switching back to the rich-text mode won’t be possible for that template.

New ‘Send confirmation email’ added
We’ve added a new ‘Send confirmation email’ button on the Registration details page in the event context.
The purpose of this improvement is to facilitate sending the confirmation email to visitors whose details – such as name, email, email CC etc. – are changed from the event details section in the Service Centre.

New Filter for Booth Type in the Service Center
We’ve added a new filter to the Service Center that allows users to filter partners by Booth Type, following the launch of the Phase 1 of the Exhibitor Manual.

Question and Answer ID
We will be displaying question and answer IDs (previously only displayed in the URL) in the question/answer interface.
This enables users to retrieve questions and answers directly from the interface for API integrations or other purposes.
