Visit Create

Manual Link for non-Visit Connect users

Organizers and exhibitors can now share event manuals with external parties (contractors, temporary staff, etc.) who don’t need full Visit Connect access.

We’ve added a ‘manual-only‘ view in Visit Connect that:

• Requires no login credentials
• Links to a specific Partner account so event details and dynamic fields display correctly
• Shows only the dashboard introduction and manual content (all other menu items are hidden)

This read-only link gives external users the information they need without granting access to other Visit Connect features or data.

In Visit Create, users have the option to add an introductory text for the manual.

In the Service Centre there is a new manual-only link to Visit Connect, under Partners > Event details.

We’ve added a button in Visit Connect which allows users to share the manual link with each-other.

GDPR Notice for Shared Attendee Data

When attendees register for sessions where their information will be shared with partners, they’ll now see two additional privacy reminders:

• A notice in the session details within the agenda
• A confirmation popup before sign up is finalized

While this information may already be covered in the registration terms and conditions, these extra messages ensure attendees are clearly informed when their data will be shared with event partners.
