Release Notes: Visit 5.43

Visit Create

SSO Authentication and Login Process Update

We’ve introduced Visit Create user Single Sign On (SSO) utilising Microsoft Azure authentication. Users will be identified based on their username. Where a domain matches an organisation account, they will either:

  • Automatically log into Visit Create (where already signed in with their organisation).
  • Redirect to their organisation login page to sign in.

If you wish to set up SSO authentication for your organisation, please contact us at visit.support@ges.com.

For organisations not using our SSO, after entering their username, users will be prompted to enter their Visit Create password, in line with the current process.

As an organiser, you will be able to create, manage, and disable Visit Create accounts as a part of your internal account management process.

This change is designed to simplify access management and reduce the administrative workload for organisers.

Service Centre – Group Registrant Overview

We’ve added a new field for main group registrants which displays their associated Group members. This is consistent with our display of Main contact for group registered records.

The Main contact and Group members are linked to their associated record for quick navigation.

Exposed Payment IDs

In order to facilitate transaction identification, we’ve made payment IDs visible in the Create interface, as well as in payment exports.

Other improvements

We’ve implemented several back-end and interface improvements to ensure a smoother user experience.
