Forms: Multiple Document Upload Min/Max

The changes released in 5.62 for supporting multiple image uploaded have been enhanced to include further refinement of the mandatory options. For mandated documents, it’s possible to now specify the minimum number required (for the submission to be considered as valid. Set the minimum the same as the maximum to capture an exact number images, alternatively set the minimum below the maximum to force the registrant to submit between X and Y.
