Forms – Radio Tree Questions

We’ve added the option to define radio tree questions, similar to checkbox tree, allowing you to define more complex answers.

They can be added both in the Questions editor, or in the Create form editor. The answer hierarchy can be edited directly in Visit forms, or it can be defined when you import the answers from an Excel file.

You can add multiple sub-items to each answer option. Sub-items (child) answers will only become visible once the registrant selects the main (parent) answer. They will also be automatically de-selected if the respondent changes the main answer.

Similarly to the checkbox tree questions, you must also define a mandate level for each question, meaning that you decide up to which level answers and their sub-items are mandatory.

Service Centre – Partner Task Export

We’ve added extra tabs to the partner export allowing users to have an overview of task details and progress.

Visit Create

New Events Calendar View

We’ve added a new feature in Create, allowing users to view an events calendar.

Events are highlighted as follows:

• Green – ongoing events
• Blue – upcoming events
• Grey – completed events

By hovering over an event, you have the options to view, clone, or delete it.

This release also includes various bug fixes and improvements, aimed at enhancing system performance and reliability.
