If a user gets a message that there is no licence, please check the following:

  1. In the teams section, check that the user in question has permission to scan, and that there are not more people with permission to scan than the number of licences available. (You cannot currently see the number of licences issued, so speak to the organiser if you are unsure.
  2. On the client device, close Connect completely and restart, to force the licence information to update.
